Realme introduced the GT Neo 5 with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset and the world’s fastest charging for a smartphone earlier this month. Reports from China suggest the company is working on a phone, probably called GT Neo 5 SE or GT Neo 5 Lite, which will have slightly downgraded specs. According to the credible leakster Digital Chat Station, the phone will pack the still-unannounced Qualcomm SM7475 SoC, rumored to be a Snapdragon 7 Gen 2. It will also skip the 50MP camera with Sony IMX890 sensor and the RGB notification light on the back, which will enable a signficant price...

Bixby update is bringing Text Call support in English, custom wake words

Author: admin | Category: Mobile phones news | Comments: Off

Samsung introduced the Bixby Text Call feature with One UI 5, but that initial version was limited only to Korean. Now the company is updating its virtual assistant to also handle calls in English. In case you missed this feature, Text Call basically turns voice calls into text chats. It listens to what the other side says and transcribes it into text, then lets you type in a response that will be spoken by the text to speech system. This is similar to Google’s Screen Call feature. This is handy for environments where you can’t talk, e.g. it’s too noisy or the opposite, you don’t want...

BoomTown CRM Review: Pros & Cons, Features, Ratings, Pricing and more

BoomTown is a CRM program for real estate teams with a range of impressive built-in marketing features. In this BoomTown CRM review, we will be taking a deep dive into these features, like lead generation and IDX site building, as well as comparing BoomTown to its competitors. Read on to learn what makes BoomTown stand out as one of the best CRM software platforms for real estate teams.

BoomTown CRM: Snapshot

BoomTown is CRM software designed for real estate teams, and it has an impressive range of features. Its marketing side is particularly well-rounded, featuring lead generation, networked IDX websites, and automated email campaigns.

Networking multiple IDX websites together enables you to funnel clients to a central “hub” site, from which they can navigate to other, region-specific sites or landing pages. This is great for larger real estate teams.

On the lead generation side, users can benefit from the assistance of BoomTown’s professional lead generation team, or use its email marketing automation tools to generate their own leads.

BoomTown’s Now app brings the whole package together for mobile use, with access to the entire CRM suite in a neat, mobile-friendly format.

If you need a software platform that will assist you in every area of your business, including marketing, transaction management, sales, and business analytics, all while smoothly integrating with third parties, BoomTown is hard to beat.

Score: 4.5/5

Read on for our full and detailed review.

BoomTown CRM: The market

BoomTown CRM: Key features

CRM

At its core, BoomTown is a CRM platform. It comes with a dashboard screen that has daily reminders and to-do items, and it can be configured to automatically populate these when one of your sales leads takes an action. For example, you can automatically get a to-do item to call a customer after they look at a particular property. The CRM also comes with a reporting tool called Agent Accountability Dashboards, which lets you monitor agent performance.

Lead generation service

BoomTown offers lead generation services and a team of success managers who will assist you with proven techniques to convert those leads into sales. Success Mmnagers' services are flexible—you can request a training session, receive ongoing coaching, or construct and execute an entire marketing strategy with BoomTown’s success management Team. Many success managers are current or former real estate professionals, meaning that they know your business and can offer marketing strategies that truly work.

IDX website builder

BoomTown features an IDX website builder powered by WordPress. It requires no coding knowledge and features a relatively uncomplicated drag-and-drop interface. WordPress is a little harder to use than most built-in website builders offered by real estate CRM programs, but has more options and flexibility. Thanks to IDX technology, the listings on your site will automatically update from MLS, meaning that customers will always have access to up-to-date listing information when visiting your site.

Now app

BoomTown’s Now App provides access to your entire customer database and CRM dashboard from an iOS or Android device. It has the same system of alerts based on predefined customer actions that is present in the desktop version. The app also automatically tracks agents’ actions, conversations, and response times, which are then transferred to the Accountability Dashboard back on the desktop version of the CRM.

Integration partners

BoomTown integrates with numerous third parties. You can use lead-generating services like CallAction to create new leads, then nurture them further with BoomTown’s marketing campaigns, or transfer contacts from email marketing solutions like MailChimp to your BoomTown database, and use BoomTown to automate a follow-up call. BoomTown integrates with 20+ popular applications, many of which your team is probably already using. Check out BoomTown’s Integration partners page for a complete list of partners.

BoomTown CRM: What’s new?

BoomTown recently added Sisu Accountability Solution to its list of integration partners. Sisu is a performance management and business analytics platform for real estate team leaders. Its primary purpose is to provide motivational tools for salespeople, like performance leaderboards and sales contests. It also comes with coaching and accountability tools.

BoomTown now has bi-directional integration with Sisu. That means you can easily transfer BoomTown’s transactions, leads, and agent activity to Sisu, or migrate data entered into Sisu to your BoomTown CRM database.

Since the start of the pandemic, searches for virtual tours on BoomTown’s systems have gone up by 15%, and this number is likely to continue to grow as the real estate business becomes increasingly digitized. In response, BoomTown has made some changes to the IDX site system, enabling users to sort and search properties based on whether or not a virtual tour is available.

BoomTown CRM: Pricing

BoomTown CRM pricing is not publicly disclosed. It offers four plan tiers, each with their own unique features. Call BoomTown’s Sales Team at 1-855-758-7143 or click See a Demo on their homepage to get a quote.

*Price goes up for each additional user

BoomTown CRM: Interface and use

BoomTown publicizes a lot of information about its software platform. That said, certain features, including pricing and customer support, are not publicly disclosed. Potential buyers have to contact BoomTown to receive this information. We decided to test how easy it is to reach the BoomTown team, since this is an essential step everyone will have to go through to purchase this product.

BoomTown CRM: Support

Booking an appointment with BoomTown’s sales team is easy with BoomBot’s help. (Image credit: BoomTown)

BoomTown’s friendly chatbot assistant BoomBot popped up on our desktop while we were browsing their website and offered to help. We decided to take it up on the offer and ask a few questions. BoomBot took down our name, email, and phone number, then funneled us to a simple booking screen, with multiple dates and times available for an appointment with a BoomTown sales rep.

We were pleased to see that the earliest appointment we could get was 9:00 am the next day. Boombot made things easy by converting the times to our time zone. There were six time slots available, ranging from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. We could also choose to book a meeting two or three days out.

Our only criticism was that the meeting slots were 15 minutes long, which could be a little short if you have many questions. That said, a 15-minute session should be enough to address your immediate concern, and you can always book a full demo of the software if you want more information.

BoomTown CRM: The competitions

None of BoomTown's features are unique, but it is rare to see so many of them in one place. Other CRM platforms offer some but not all of the features that BoomTown offers. That said, BoomTown's generalism means that it can fall short compared to the competition in certain areas.

Realvolve, a competing CRM platform, has highly advanced automation features. You can fully automate email campaigns, client follow-ups, and even repetitive internal processes like reminder emails to team members. BoomTown has marketing automation, but it is more limited. You do not get the same depth of customization, and you cannot automate internal processes to the same extent. On the other hand, Realvolve lacks a landing page builder, while BoomTown has one.

Firepoint, another CRM platform, has a better landing page builder than BoomTown. Its landing page builder is proprietary and easy to use. BoomTown's is based on WordPress, which has a bit more of a learning curve.

In another way, Firepoint is more limited than BoomTown, in that you cannot link your IDX websites together. With BoomTown's Advance plan, you can create a central hub site with links to other sites in specific geographic locations. Firepoint does not have this functionality.

As you can see, BoomTown is a jack of all trades, but competitors specializing in one specific area tend to outperform it in that one area. Consider a competitor if you are looking for something specific, such as a CRM that is amazing at automating processes or a CRM with a stellar website builder. If you want a CRM platform that has everything you need and will perform all functions adequately, BoomTown is probably your best bet.

For a closer look at the competitors mentioned in this review, check out our Realvolve CRM review and Firepoint CRM review.

BoomTown CRM: Final verdict

BoomTown has an impressive set of features, and its marketing services, in particular, are very well-rounded. If you make full use of its success managers and lead generation service, you can automate the majority of your sales funnel.

Alternatively, if you feel confident in your team’s ability to handle marketing in-house, BoomTown gives you all the tools you need to run your own robust marketing campaign. These include marketing automation tools for email campaigns and follow-ups, an IDX website builder, and an analytics tool to help you stay on top of agent performance.

BoomTown also comes with 20+ third-party integrations. If there is something it cannot do, it will likely integrate with a partner that can.

BoomTown’s biggest shortcoming is that it is a jack-of-all-trades but a master of none. Many CRM providers that specialize in one thing, such as excellent website building services or top-of-the-line marketing automation, outperform BoomTown in that specific area. However, these providers will lack other features that BoomTown has. So if you are looking for top-of-the-line performance in something specific, it is best to look elsewhere.

However, if you are looking for a one-stop-shop solution to all of your software needs, you can stop worrying about that side of things and get back to running your business; BoomTown has you covered.

Cinc CRM Review: Pros & Cons, Features, Ratings, Pricing and more
10:02 am |

Author: admin | Category: Computers Gadgets | Comments: Off

CINC CRM is a customer relationship management (CRM) software solution for real estate teams. It is one of the best CRMs for real estate because it is simple to use, despite having a vast range of features. While you may not get the same level of customization that some competitors offer, everything works out of the box, and it works well. CINC also excels at customer support. It provides an easy-to-use self-service portal and many affordable and practical training opportunities.

If you are looking for a CRM platform that is simple, reliable, and super mobile-friendly, it is hard to go wrong with CINC CRM. In this CINC review, we will explore the different plans and features that CINC offers before taking you on a tour of its interface and highlighting some key strengths and weaknesses of the program relative to competitors.

Cinc CRM: Plans and pricing

CINC offers four plans, all with a similar set of features. All four tiers give access to a fully functional CRM, a landing page builder, and a suite of marketing tools.

The main differences between plans lie in the number of users allowed under each one and the number of third-party integrations available. Solo users can integrate CINC with Connect CRM and Google Workspace, while Ramp users can also integrate with Zapier, Mojo, and BombBomb. Pro and Select users can access CINC’s full range of 4,000+ integrations. Another relatively minor difference is that the lead routing and video messaging features are limited for the lower-priced tiers.

On top of the four main plans, you can buy two optional add-ons: CINC AI and Dialer. CINC AI’s pricing starts at $200/month, while Dialer costs $75/month for three phone lines. Dialer is a Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) calling tool, while CINC AI is conversational intelligence that helps nurture leads by communicating with them via text message.

Cinc CRM: Features

CINC is different from other CRMs in that most of its features are available to all users, regardless of pricing tier. Let's take a look at some of these features in more detail so you can see for yourself what this powerful platform has to offer.

CRM

CINC’s CRM enables you to integrate all your contacts into one easily navigable dashboard. You can sort contacts into prospects, leads, and customers. You can also automate certain processes, like running email drip campaigns or routing leads to specific agents. The CRM is mobile-friendly, integrating well with CINC’s impressive suite of mobile apps.

Mobile Apps

CINC has three in-house apps. CINC Agent—available for iOS and Android—leverages your existing CRM and takes advantage of various mobile features so you never miss an opportunity to connect with potential clients. For example, it can create a push notification whenever a new lead comes in and enables you to call leads directly from the app while browsing your customer database. Etta Homes—featured on the App Store and Google Play Store—is a customer-facing listing app that notifies you of customer searches while they browse. The third and final app, CINC Open Houses for Android and iOS, can help you create beautiful digital sign-in sheets that make every open house memorable while collecting valuable customer data directly to your CRM.

IDX Website

On signup, CINC provides you with a fully functional website. Using Internet Data Exchange (IDX) technology, this website showcases your listings, updated automatically from the multiple listing service (MLS) every 15 minutes. Since the site is premade and ready to go based on a template, you save time and money that would have otherwise gone into web design.

Dialer

Dialer is an inexpensive VoIP phone solution. You can use it to call clients directly over the internet from a mobile or desktop device. You can buy phone lines in batches of three at $75/month. At $25 per line, this is a better deal than most dedicated VoIP providers. You can also use Dialer to take notes on calls and link those notes to relevant entries in your customer database.

CINC AI

CINC AI is text-based artificial intelligence designed to nurture leads around the clock. Expert-designed scripts help build trust and rapport with clients, leading to a seamless hand-off to a live agent. Since it communicates via text message, CINC AI can proactively reach out to uncontacted leads or cover your phone by communicating with clients or booking meetings during off-hours before passing the conversation off to you.

Cinc CRM: Interface and in use

Screenshot of the CINC Dashboard.

CINC’s user-friendly interface is constructed around your pipeline, displayed on the main dashboard.  (Image credit: CINC )

CINC's user interface is clean, simple, and user-friendly. Everything revolves around a central dashboard, which displays your pipeline with leads by order of priority. From here, you can navigate to your website, add or remove leads from your database, or perform mass actions on some or all of the leads in the database.

Due to its simplicity, there is essentially no difference between the mobile and desktop versions of CINC, which makes it convenient for agents on the go. It also comes with an interactive walkthrough that guides new users through the essential functions of CINC CRM.

Setup is quick and straightforward. You begin the process by requesting a demo from the CINC team. They will walk you through the program's key features from start to finish. If you decide to go ahead, you will need to buy one of the four product plans and any add-ons you may want.

CINC is cloud-powered and works immediately with no installation required. Navigate to the Help tab and launch the Getting Started checklist when you first log in. You can then launch interactive walkthroughs of every aspect of CINC CRM until you are comfortable using the program. Further training and support resources are always available.

Cinc CRM: Support

Hone your skills or get a refresher course on the basics at any time with CINC Academy.  (Image credit: CINC)

Support is one of CINC CRM’s strong suits. Customer service is available by phone Monday-Friday, 9:30am to 7:00pm ET at 855-246-2717 or email at support@cincpro.com. You can also consult its extensive self-service knowledge base, CINC Academy, by navigating to Help and Support on the CINC website.

CINC periodically holds webinars on various topics, and you can view them live or watch recordings of old webinars through the help center. You can also visit the CINC Community Page for a schedule of upcoming live events.

The CINC training community goes beyond live webinars. You can book tickets to networking events and high-intensity three-day classroom sessions to learn more about the program. At $99 per ticket, events are cheaper than classes and are a great opportunity to network with your peers. An in-class session costs $399 per person and covers best practices for using CINC CRM and sales techniques. According to CINC, the average agent is able to set appointments worth more than $7,500 in commission during the session.

Cinc CRM: The competition

The real estate CRM market is very saturated, and making a choice can be overwhelming. Fortunately, many CRM programs have very distinct strengths and weaknesses. Many CINC reviews indicate that agents enjoy its simple interface and excellent training and support opportunities. Its biggest weakness is its website, which is premade and has limited customization opportunities. If you are concerned about the look and feel of your marketing materials, CRMs like Firepoint that offer custom websites and landing page builders can do more for you. To learn more about Firepoint CRM, check out our Firepoint Review.

Another area where CINC is less powerful is automation. Other CRMs such as Realvolve let you automate almost every repetitive process. CINC’s automation is limited to some basic marketing functions, and even there, it falls short of what Realvolve can do. Check out our Realvolve review for a deep dive into its full range of capabilities.

On the other hand, there is something to be said for a simple program where everything works out of the box. When you sign up for a real estate CRM, you commit to paying hundreds or thousands of dollars per month. It can be frustrating when, even after spending so much, you have to either pay more to have the company build a website for you or build a website yourself.

Firepoint is an excellent alternative if you want to customize your marketing campaigns, while Realvolve is fantastic if you want to create complex but effective automated processes that take care of every repetitive task. That said, if you want a product that works out of the box with minimal tweaking, you can’t go wrong with CINC.

Cinc CRM: Final verdict

CINC is a great CRM solution for real estate teams looking for something simple, functional, and mobile-friendly. It has three apps that can help you close deals on the go, gather data during open houses, and put your listings out there for the world to see. Your listings are stored on a premade, ready-to-go IDX website, and you can nurture leads from first contact to closing using AI-assisted lead nurturing techniques. If you are looking for a business phone service, CINC has one of the best deals on the market with its Dialer VoIP solution.

CINC’s goal is simplicity, and its four plans reflect that. They are basically identical, except for the number of users they support. There is no need to spend time weighing the pros and cons of keeping certain features—simply count the number of users you need and choose the plan that fits. This is all backed up by one of the most impressive customer support networks that we have ever seen on a real estate CRM.

CINC is great if you want something functional and straightforward, but it is worth getting a refresher on all the options. Realvolve CRM Review: Pros & Cons, Features, Ratings, Pricing and more
9:58 am |

Author: admin | Category: Computers Gadgets | Comments: Off

Realvolve CRM is specialized CRM software designed for real estate teams. Real estate agents can use Realvolve as a one-stop shop for all of their software needs, including automated marketing campaigns, maintaining a database of current transactions and leads, and keeping a team calendar for important dates.

Realvolve’s main advantages over other real estate CRMs are its deeply personalized customer service and consulting and its advanced automation features. It is not the cheapest CRM on the market, but if you have the scale and budget to take full advantage of it, you can automate most of your repetitive work, saving time and money for your organization.

Additionally, its Navigator and Concierge pricing tiers come with dedicated consulting services, which are great for mid-to-large real estate teams looking for a CRM that is continually tweaked to remain aligned with their business strategy.

In this Realvolve review, we will be diving deep into the various features that make Realvolve one of the best CRMs for real estate in 2022. We will also delve into each pricing tier of Realvolve, to help you decide which plan is best for you and your real estate team.

Realvolve CRM: Plans and pricing

*get two months free if you pay annually instead of monthly

Realvolve’s plans can be purchased on a monthly or annual subscription. For any plan, you receive two months free if you buy the annual subscription.

The Basic plan is actually quite robust—you get access to a fully functional CRM with the ability to create automated workflows. If you want pre-made workflows, a guided onboarding process, and the ability to import contacts from Gmail or Outlook you will need to upgrade to the Accelerate plan.

The Navigator plan provides personalized one-on-one guidance during setup, as well as ongoing consulting support.

The Concierge plan goes one step further. You receive direct access to a dedicated concierge to handle your customer service requests, ongoing role-based training, and access to fly-to-you personal training. With fly-to-you training, you can request a training session with Realvolve as needed, and they will fly a representative out to your location.

Realvolve CRM: Features

Let’s take an in depth look at how Realvolve and its 4000+ third party integrations can help you manage your schedule, track contacts, leads, and transactions, and automate repetitive processes.

Automated Workflows

Automated workflows are Realvolve’s standout feature. With Realvolve’s workflows, you can automate repetitive processes like email marketing campaigns or booking follow-ups to save time and money.

For example, the Essential Active Buyer Workflow helps your team take a new buyer through every step of a new home purchase. To start, it will alert an agent to set up an initial consultation with the client and will schedule said consultation into your Realvolve calendar. It will then automatically set follow-ups and send email or text reminders to the client if needed.

Workflows integrate automation with every part of the Realvolve environment, connecting seamlessly with your database, templates, and contacts.

Contact and Lead Management

You can record contacts in your company database, and link them to properties and any current transactions. Contacts can also be linked to automated workflows, like marketing campaigns through email or SMS.

For contacts that are a potential sales lead, Realvolve provides an area to keep track of the associated property value, the probability of the lead closing, and the assigned agent.

Calendar

The calendar tab can be used to track important events like closings, follow-ups, and meetings. You can also filter to the calendar to view events for individual salespeople or even individual contacts or properties.

When you use Realvolve’s calendar, you have access to your company database on the same screen. If you have a meeting coming up, you can pull up your notes on that client from previous meetings, or look up their property details with just a few clicks.

Transaction tracking

Transactions have their own category in Realvolve. This way, you can keep track of multiple transactions involving a single customer separately, and keep notes and correspondence that is specific to each transaction separate from the others.

Transactions can also be integrated with your calendar to keep track of important dates. Additionally, each transaction entry will keep track of the commissions for associated agents.

Transactions, like all other features, can be created in the database, and modified, via automated workflows.

Integration

Customers with an Accelerate license or above can automatically sync contacts from their phones, Gmail accounts, or Outlook profiles to the Realvolve database with just a couple of clicks.

Realvolve has over 4000 integrations, the majority of which are through a third-party program called Zapier. Some examples of Zapier enabled Realvolve integrations are Mailchimp, Google Docs, Zillow, and Evernote.

Realvolve CRM: Interface and in use

Setup

Realvolve was easy to set up. We had to provide our names, the name of our agency, and an address. Afterward, we were also given the option to link our Google account with Realvolve. The entire process took about two minutes, and afterward, Realvolve was ready to use.

Ease of Use

Screenshot of adding a new entry to the Realvolve database

Realvolve’s interface is simple and intuitive. (Image credit: Realvolve)

Realvolve’s interface is clean and easy to navigate. Everything starts with the dashboard screen, where you can access your contact list, see ongoing deals, start new workflows, and read notes and correspondence.

Doing basic activities like adding a new entry to your database proved simple and intuitive. Clicking the plus sign on the dashboard led to an Add New dropdown menu, where we could choose to create a new contact, property, transaction, or document. We chose to add a property for this example.

The following screen looked a little cluttered at first, but populating it was super easy. Every field was clickable, and you could fill them out in any order. Adding an image was simple too—we could either click on the image field and choose a file or drag an image file in from our desktop.

After adding the property, we were able to look it up in our database, add notes, or associate it with a transaction.

Screenshot of adding a new tag in Realvolve

Sort your database how you want to with Realvolve’s Tags feature. (Image credit: Realvolve)

Realvolve has four tabs at the top for your dashboard, calendar, workflows, and templates. It has a sidebar to the left that allows you to search the database for contacts, properties, transactions, or documents. This is great because we could access the database at any moment from any of the four screens, saving a lot of unnecessary clicks.

The database itself came with a nifty tagging feature. You can sort your properties, transactions, or contacts with custom tags. For example, you can create tags for different kinds of homes, such as detached, semi-detached, and RVs. You can then access the tags menu to see how many homes you have under each tag.

Realvolve CRM: Support

Screenshot of Realvolve’s knowledge base

Access an extensive database with reference articles, FAQs, and over 40 training videos on Realvolve’s website. (Image credit: Realvolve)

The level of customer support you receive from Realvolve depends on your subscription tier. Basic customer support via email is available to all users at support@realvolve.com. Realvolve also has an extensive self-service knowledge base with reference articles, FAQs, and training videos.

Subscribers at the Accelerator tier and above can participate in weekly Ask-me-anything sessions with a Realvolve representative, which can be used to address service concerns.

Navigator and Concierge subscribers receive a dedicated representative to help during the initial onboarding process, as well as proactive ongoing database and workflow health checks from a Realview consultant.

Concierge tier subscribers get a direct line to a dedicated concierge, who can resolve their customer service concerns on demand.

Overall, while every Realview subscriber gets access to some basic customer service, advanced users with many regular service inquiries would strongly benefit from an upgrade to the Navigator or Concierge tier.

The real estate CRM market is very saturated, with hundreds of platforms to choose from. We decided to compare Realvolve to two other popular real estate CRMs, Wise Agent and BoomTown!

Unlike Realvolve, but like most real estate CRMs, BoomTown! does not provide a free trial. However, it does provide some features that Realvolve does not.

One such feature is the landing page designer, which includes some general website design features, so BoomTown! may be a better option if design features are a priority for you.

WiseAgent, like Realvolve, offers a 14-day free trial. At $32 monthly it is much cheaper than a Realvolve subscription, and offers unlimited training and 24/7 customer support. It also comes with a landing page designer if you purchase an annual subscription.

On the other hand, Realvolve’s automated workflows can be used to automate almost any repetitive task, while WiseAgent’s automation is limited to marketing campaigns. Overall, Realvolve is a more powerful automation platform, but is also more expensive.

Realvolve CRM: Final verdict

Realvolve is powerful real estate CRM software with unparalleled workflow automation features. It is priced on the higher end for its market, but will save you time and money in the long run through its automated workflows.

You can use Realvolve as a company database, team calendar, and automated marketing tool. Many users may find that a single Realvolve subscription can do more than several software platforms at once, making it a better deal overall.

Our biggest criticism would be the lack of a landing page builder or any kind of website design features. If designing marketing materials through your CRM platform is a priority, consider an alternative product.

Realvolve’s higher pricing tiers offer unparalleled customer service in the form of a dedicated concierge and consultant. Overall, Realvolve is ideal for mid-to-large real estate teams who can take full advantage of its personalized customer service and advanced automation features.

RealOffice360 CRM Review: Pros & Cons, Features, Ratings, Pricing and more

The best CRM for real estate combines core CRM functionality, such as contact and pipeline management, with industry-specific features that help realtors nourish client relationships and close more deals. RealOffice360 CRM offers an intuitive real estate-focused software suitable for small-to-midsize businesses that want to easily update customer and property details while tracking individual agent progress.

RealOffice360 reviews such as the one below can help you figure out whether this system’s features, usability, support, and pricing plans suit your current business needs.

RealOffice360 CRM: Plans and pricing

RealOffice360 CRM offers four main plans, including a forever-free plan with basic functionality for realtors who are starting out or have a small client base.

For its paid plans, RealOffice360 CRM bills on a monthly or annual basis. For Premium, it’s $29 per month billed monthly, versus $19 per month billed annually; for Team, it’s $50 per month billed monthly, versus $40 per month billed annually. Or, get a discount of 20 to 34% when paying upfront by the year.

A free 14-day trial is offered for the Premium and Team plans.

For the Brokerage plan, you must contact the provider for a bespoke plan and pricing.

RealOffice360 CRM: Features

We’ve tested RealOffice360’s CRM tools, from basic contact imports to the more time-consuming workflow editing, and found that they do a straightforward job up to a point. While the program’s user interface is accessible, customizing page layouts is not possible. Below, we outline its top-line features and the benefits you can expect to get.

Client Management

You can add unlimited contacts on all RealOffice360 CRM plans, which you won’t get with many CRM solutions. Uploading records is done via .csv upload or integration with Google Contacts only, so, for instance, you can’t sync contacts from Microsoft Outlook.

Relationship labels—such as partner or housemate—are used to link contacts, which is useful if, say, a client’s significant other calls for sale updates. You can also add property details, link them to contacts and pipeline stages, and assign them to one or more agents.

Pipeline management

The pipeline management feature, also known as deal tracking, is basic but effective. It lacks the complexity of competitors such as Insightly, which has overviews of multiple pipelines and automated pipeline progression based on triggers.

However, RealOffice CRM’s intuitive design when performing drag-and-drop, adding new deals, and linking deals to contacts and properties means agents can achieve tasks quickly without getting sidetracked.

Task workflow

Each deal stage has a customizable workflow, with tasks such as Sign Listing Agreement, which help optimize agents’ close rates by providing a clear progression and automated notifications. Recurring reminders can also be set for events, including client birthdays, helping to solidify customer relationships.

Achieving tasks is aided by generous file storage varying from from 100MB, on the Free plan, to 100GB on the Team plan. Having essential documents, such as rental agreements and customer records, on the same platform, can help save time and increase success rates.

Lead generation

Premium plans and above include integrations with Mailchimp and Google Contacts, enabling you to set up and track email marketing campaigns straight from your CRM. Your team can prioritize and progress relationships with warm leads based on statistics such as email open rates.

Furthermore, RealOffice360 CRM includes integration with multiple website providers, such as Wordpress, and real estate lead sources, such as iHomeFinder, so you can add new records from your website or partner lead generators.

RealOffice360 CRM: Interface and in use

A name and work email is all you need to start the RealOffice360 CRM free 14-day trial. A pop-up window navigates briefly through the main features, including contact imports and task management. A side navigation bar provides intuitive access to Contacts, Pipeline, Transactions, Schedule, and Settings, while a top-level search bar is ever-present for a quick lookup.

There are some minor design flaws, such as the Get Started button occupying the dashboard corner, even after tutorials are completed. But, overall, new users should find it straightforward to start using the CRM after signup.

Starting with RealOffice360 CRM is straightforward, even for complete beginners. (Image credit: RealOffice360)

Complete CRM beginners will still find RealOffice very easy to use. When managing your pipeline, for instance, adding a new deal is one click away, and you can seamlessly rename stages by clicking on their existing labels. Drag-and-drop functionality takes prospects or properties from one stage to the next with ease.

Overall, however, features take too long to fully load—for example, dashboard elements appeared after 3 seconds, with an internet download speed of 17 Mbps.

Customization is not a strong suit for RealOffice360 CRM—for instance, you can’t create personalized data fields in contact records. Furthermore, little control over pipeline report contents means you can’t filter data according to business needs—say, analyzing closed deals for 2-bed apartments in a certain town.

However, some flexibility exists in pipeline workflows, where you can edit and schedule tasks according to the deal stage. Task reminders enable agents to take action, thus ensuring deals don’t slip through the cracks.

You can customize the description, schedule, and order of your workflows. (Image credit: RealOffice360)

On Team plans and above, you can delegate and track individual workflows, helping to identify high performers and pipeline bottlenecks, which can be particularly valuable for businesses with multiple business units and locations. Team managers have a business-level overview and can assign properties, tasks, and sales commissions to their teams, which individual users track via their dashboards.

RealOffice360 is also able to set and allocate agent commissions based on deal value, a feature that realtors often find lacking in less industry-specific CRM programs such as Zoho CRM. Overall, RealOffice360 CRM would add value to real estate businesses due to its targeted set of tools, though niche needs like lead qualification could benefit from more specialized solutions, such as BoomTown.

RealOffice360 CRM: Support

Customer support is available by chat and email from Monday to Friday, 11 am to 7 pm ET. On the free plan, the response time is under 48 hours, while paid plans and premium trials get priority support—which, for our inquiry, was within 3 hours. A robust help center and FAQ list are also available.

RealOffice360 CRM: Security

Your RealOffice360 CRM data is secured using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 256-bit encryption, which is the industry standard. User data is hosted in North America using Amazon Web Services (AWS).

It’s worth noting that two-factor authentication (2FA) cannot be added to the standard password sign-in, which could pose an increased security risk, considering the sensitivity of CRM information.

RealOffice360 CRM: The competition

Most CRM solutions don’t come ready-made for real estate, but several have advanced customization options you can use to the same effect. For example, Freshworks enables the creation of custom data fields, such as expected sales value or number of rooms, for both contacts and properties. Freshworks has superior automation and reporting capabilities than RealOffice360 CRM, but it may require more skill and setup time to use.

In the realty-specific CRM market, BoomTown is also worth considering, particularly for its lead-generation features, which include cold lead qualification and real-time market insights. However, such specialized features may drive up costs—which BoomTown sets on a bespoke basis for all its plans.

For more info, check out our Freshworks review.

RealOffice360 CRM: Final verdict

RealOffice360 CRM is highly suitable for small-to-midsize realtor businesses that want to bring contact, property, and communication data under one platform.

If you’re keen on a ready-made real estate-focused solution, RealOffice360 CRM may be preferable to more general CRMs due to its industry-specific features like linking properties to contacts and setting agent commissions. Its intuitive interface makes it easy to retrieve records and create recurring tasks, increasing efficiency in fast-paced realty environments.

However, RealOffice360 CRM lacks customization for reports and contact records, and its third-party integrations are limited, which can reduce usability for businesses hoping to leverage multiple business apps and targeted insights.
