According to a new rumor, Qualcomm is currently working on a new chipset for smartwatches, codenamed Aspen and bearing the model number SW6100. From that we can infer that it will be marketed as the Snapdragon Wear W6, as the W5 has the model number SW5100. Interestingly, the new chip isn't based on any existing Qualcomm product, unlike all of its predecessors. The Snapdragon Wear W6 is bespoke for wearable platforms, and its CPU will have one Cortex-A78 core and four Cortex-A55 cores, alongside support for LPDDR5X RAM. It will be built by TSMC. There is still no word on when Samsung will introduce the Galaxy S25 FE, but leaks have painted a fairly complete picture – the new FE will be a mix of flagship and some not-so-high-end features. It will have largely the same design as last year, though a switch to Armor Aluminum will enable a slimmer and lighter design – 7.4mm thick and weighing 190g, compared to 8.0mm and 213g on last year’s model. The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE will get some premium features like an LTPO panel for its 6.7” display with a variable refresh rate of 1Hz to 120Hz. It will still be a 1080p+ panel with Gorilla...

Ahead of that, a prototype has seemingly been spotted in the Geekbench online results database, with the model number MTN-AN00. As you can see, it managed a 1,064 single-core score and a 2,998 multi-core score in Geekbench 6.3.0, but as usual you probably don't want to take scores of pre-release devices like this one too seriously. The benchmark run has confirmed that the X70 is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4...

Motorola Razr 60 Swarovski...
