Yesterday, Apple made the date of its next grand unveiling event official. It will announce the iPhone 15 series on September 12. Today, Google has revealed the date for its next big hardware event. It's done so way sooner than Apple, however, which makes us think it wanted to 'respond' to Apple's announcement in this way. Anyway, the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro are getting official on October 4. Pixel event invites also just went out. We are descending into the most fun time of the year pic.twitter.com/RZfpm4u6OZ— Marques Brownlee (@MKBHD) August 30, 2023 Unlike Apple's event, which is...

Yesterday, Ice Universe reported that Samsung will be using the Exynos 2400 for the Galaxy S24 series in Europe. The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy in all markets, says Setsuna. This will make the separation between the Ultra and its smaller siblings feel even more pronounced. Another report from yesterday suggests that the S24 Ultra will set the base RAM and storage at 8/128GB and that the maximum...

Just a day after the Huawei Mate 60 Pro surprisingly went official, the first disassembly video is here. It's a walkthrough of the process as well as a good look inside the phone to see the components. The first thing to note is that the Mate 60 Pro has an estimated 7,000mm2 vapor chamber - much bigger than what's found on its predecessor and most other rivals.
